South off Deer Park Avenue
Everything here comes back to Deer Park Avenue, and which way you turn depends on where you sit on it. From the Phelps Lane Park end, south past North Babylon High School and pick up Sunrise Highway westbound instead of carrying on into Babylon Village.
If you use Exit 40 off Sunrise, run it in reverse and go west four exits. From the northern edge near Belmont Lake State Park, Southern State Exit 39 drops you onto Deer Park Avenue and Route 109 takes you across to Wellwood.
All three finish identically, north on Wellwood Avenue with the supermarket at 600 and the door a few units past it. Suite 2 belongs to The Balance Health and Wellness Center, where Joseph A. D'Antona, DAOM practices. Parking is free and off street.
