Where

672 North Wellwood Ave, Suite 2
Lindenhurst, NY 11757

Practitioner

Rene D'Antona, Reiki Master and IET practitioner

Every session runs out of this room

There is no second location and no rotating staff. Whatever you book, Rene is the one in the room with you. Pick what brought you here and the list below narrows down.

Most common first visit

Reiki energy healing

You stay dressed and lie on a padded table. Most people book this one first because they have heard of it and it asks nothing of them.

Energy healing

Integrated Energy Therapy

Works with feelings that have been stored in the body for a long time. Few practitioners on Long Island are trained in it.

Energy healing

Chakra balancing

A read on where energy is stuck or running too hot, then steady work to even it out. Often booked as a follow up to a first Reiki session.

Wellness

Nervous system reboot

For the version of tired that sleep does not fix. Aimed at people running on adrenaline who cannot switch it off at night.

Meditation

Sound bath healing

Bowls and tone rather than touch. A good door in if lying still with your own thoughts is the part you find hard.

Facial spa

Energy-infused facials

A real facial with energy work layered through it. The most familiar starting point for anyone not ready to book a healing session outright.

Spiritual guidance

Past life regression

A longer, deeper session for patterns that keep circling back and do not seem to start in this life. Booked ahead, never rushed.

Spiritual guidance

Manifestation coaching

Coaching for people who have done the clearing work and want to point it somewhere. Runs across several sessions rather than one.

Spiritual guidance

Tarot card readings

A reflective sit down, read as a set of questions to think about rather than fortune telling.

Booked together

Combination treatments

Two modalities in one visit for people driving in from further out who would rather make one trip count.

Meditation center

Classes and workshops

Small group sessions for building a practice you can keep up at home. Group size stays low because of the size of the room.

Training

IET practitioner training

Certification for people who want to practice rather than only receive. Several current clients started as clients and stayed as students.

Nothing matches that filter on its own. Try another, or look through the full service list.

Finding the office

If you shop at the King Kullen, you have driven past the door

The office sits at 672 North Wellwood Avenue, on the Sunrise Plaza stretch north of Sunrise Highway. King Kullen is at 600, a few doors south, and Dollar General is at 660. It is the same run of Wellwood that most of the village passes through on a normal week, which is the whole reason people find a first session easy to keep.

Suite 2 is inside The Balance Health and Wellness Center, a wellness practice run by Joseph A. D'Antona, DAOM. That matters more than it sounds. You are walking into a healthcare setting with a waiting area and a front desk, not a room in somebody's house.

Parking is off street and free, and there is no meter to feed if a session runs long.

  • Coming off Sunrise Highway

Exit at Wellwood Avenue and head north. The plaza is on your right inside half a mile.

  • Coming from Route 109

Wellwood Avenue crosses 109 just north of here. Turn south and the plaza comes up quickly on the left.

  • From the Southern State

Exit 33 puts you onto Wellwood Avenue heading south, a straight run down to the office.

  • By train

Lindenhurst station on the Babylon Branch is roughly a mile and a half south. Short cab ride, or a bus up Wellwood.

  • Landmark to watch for

The Sunrise Plaza sign. If you reach downtown and the gazebo at Wellwood and Hoffman, you have gone too far south.

Before you book

What a first visit actually looks like

Most people booking a first session have never done anything like this and do not want to ask. Here is the whole thing, start to finish, so there are no surprises.

  1. 01

    You call

Rene answers or calls back the same day. She asks what is going on and suggests what fits. There is no long intake form to fill out first.

  2. 02

    You arrive

Park free outside Suite 2 and wait in the shared reception area. Come five minutes early rather than early enough to sit for half an hour.

  3. 03

    You talk first

Ten minutes or so before anything starts, so the session is built around what you walked in with. Then you lie on the table, fully dressed.

  4. 04

    You leave when ready

Nobody rushes you out. Rene tells you what she noticed and whether she thinks you need to come back. Most people report sleeping better that night.

Why people stay

Lindenhurst clients tend to come back

Most people arrive after trying the usual things first. Massage that felt good for a day. A doctor's visit that ended in a prescription they did not want to fill yet. What keeps them booking again is that sessions are built around what they walk in with, rather than a fixed script.

Rene explains what she is doing in plain language, before and during. Nobody is asked to believe anything in advance, and there is no upsell at the end of a session. If you want to read more first, there is about Rene D'Antona, a set of frequently asked questions, and articles on energy healing.

Close to twenty years

Rene has practiced in this field for nearly two decades, and trains other practitioners through energy healing services and certification programs.

Inside a wellness center

The practice runs out of The Balance Health and Wellness Center, alongside a doctor of acupuncture and Oriental medicine.

One room, one practitioner

You see the same person every visit. Across meditation programs, spiritual guidance and wellness treatments, that does not change.

Beyond the village

Clients drive in from across the South Shore

Lindenhurst is the home office, but the practice draws from the surrounding towns. Some clients come from twenty five minutes out because IET and past life regression are hard to find closer. Full coverage is on all service areas.

Questions

What Lindenhurst clients ask first

The office is at 672 North Wellwood Avenue, Suite 2, in Lindenhurst, inside The Balance Health and Wellness Center. It sits on the Sunrise Plaza stretch of Wellwood, near the King Kullen at 600. Parking is off street and free, so a session running a few minutes over costs you nothing.

You stay fully dressed and lie on a padded table. Rene talks with you first about what brought you in, then works either lightly on or just above the body. Most people feel warmth, and a lot of them fall asleep. You do not need to believe anything for it to be worth trying, and nothing is asked of you during the session.

Many people notice something the same evening, usually sleep. Deeper patterns that have been there for years tend to shift across a few visits rather than one. Rene will tell you honestly if she thinks one session is enough, and session packages exist for anyone who already knows they want to keep going.

No. Reiki and IET are not tied to any faith, and clients arrive from every background and none. Sessions in Lindenhurst are private, and what you talk about stays in the room.
