Reiki and Energy Healing Across Long Island's South Shore
Five Elements Energy is a single practice in one room at 672 North Wellwood Avenue, Suite 2, Lindenhurst, and clients come to it from eleven towns across two counties. Rene D'Antona works one to one rather than running a clinic, which is why people are willing to drive past closer options to get here. Every town below has its own page with real local detail rather than a swapped out name.
Areas we serve across the South Shore
The practice sits in the Town of Babylon and most of the standing client base comes from inside it. Every town below has its own page with real local detail, because a page that only swaps the name is worth nothing to the person reading it.
Inside the township
4 townsLindenhurst is home, and the office has been part of the same building on North Wellwood Avenue for years. West Babylon is closer than anywhere else on this page, sharing a border at Park Avenue and Neguntatogue Creek, and Copiague sits equally tight on the western side. Head east along Montauk Highway and you are in Babylon village, where a large share of clients are commuters coming off the branch at the end of a long day.
North of Sunrise Highway
2 townsThe township changes character entirely up here. North Babylon runs toward Belmont Lake State Park and the parkway, and Deer Park occupies the top corner with no coastline at all, connected straight down to the office by Wellwood Avenue. Both are drives measured in minutes rather than miles, and both send a steady stream of people who spend more of the week in a car than they would like.
West toward the county line
3 townsAmityville is the last village in Suffolk, with its own police force and four centuries of history behind it. Cross into Nassau and there is Massapequa on Sunrise Highway and Farmingdale at the top of the border. Clients from Nassau almost always come specifically for Integrated Energy Therapy, because there is very little of it on their side of the line.
East into the Town of Islip
2 townsThe drives get longer out here and the reasons get more deliberate. West Islip has Good Samaritan at the center of it, and a lot of clients from there work in healthcare and book Saturdays around their rota. Bay Shore is the furthest point we serve, out where the Fire Island ferries leave, and nobody makes that trip on a whim.
What the practice offers, wherever you drive in from
Every service runs out of the same room in Lindenhurst, so nothing on this list is restricted by where you live. The full menu sits on the services page.
Reiki
The service almost everybody starts with, wherever they are driving in from. It needs no preparation, no belief and no explanation, and you stay fully clothed throughout. Where clients want two modalities inside a single appointment rather than two separate trips, that can be arranged, which matters more the further out you live.
Reiki energy healingEnergy Healing
This is the reason the catchment stretches across two counties. Integrated Energy Therapy is offered by very few practitioners anywhere on Long Island, and clients search for it by name rather than by town. Chakra balancing and practitioner training sit alongside it in the same silo.
Energy healing and IETWellness and Recovery
The South Shore produces a particular kind of held tension. Long commutes, shift work, hospitality seasons, and communities along the water that have been reading forecasts warily since 2012. The nervous system work is built for a system that has been switched on far longer than anybody intended.
Wellness and nervous system workMeditation and Sound
The part of the practice designed to work between appointments, which is what makes it the sensible choice for anyone traveling any distance. Sound bath sessions are the easiest entry, groups gather through classes and workshops, and private training builds something you keep at home.
Meditation, classes and soundEnergy Infused Facials
The gentlest possible introduction for anyone across the region who is curious but not yet ready to describe it as energy work. It reads as a treatment and does considerably more than one, and a good number of long standing clients arrived this way first.
Energy infused facialsSpiritual Guidance
For clients who have moved past managing how a week feels and want to look at what keeps repeating. Past life regression, manifestation coaching and tarot readings all sit here. This is grounded work and it is never fortune telling.
Spiritual guidanceWhy the region trusts this practice
There is Reiki within ten minutes of every town on this page. What there is very little of anywhere on Long Island is one practitioner working across Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, chakra balancing, past life regression, meditation and coaching, and moving between them according to what somebody actually walks in carrying. That range held by one person is the whole reason the catchment stretches this far.
Rene D'Antona spent over two decades inside The Balance Health and Wellness Center, first as a teacher and then as Insurance Manager, before she trained in energy work. She holds a bachelor's degree and three master's degrees. Her full background is worth reading if you are weighing up whether a drive is justified.
The office sits inside The Balance Health and Wellness Center, which means a healthcare adjacent setting with a proper waiting room rather than a storefront or somebody's spare room. For a lot of people that detail is what turns a vague intention into an actual booking.
You see the same practitioner every visit. The session rates page covers single visits and multi session options, which is worth reading before you start rather than after.
"Kind and knowledgeable, a peaceful and welcoming environment."
"Could feel the stress leaving my body."
"Extremely thorough, a safe space to be my true self."
"Relaxing and very professionally done."
Common questions
No. These are simply the places clients most often travel from, so each one has a page written for it. If you are somewhere else on Long Island entirely, the office is still at 672 North Wellwood Avenue, Suite 2 in Lindenhurst and the booking process is exactly the same.
Sessions take place at the Lindenhurst office. It is a dedicated treatment room inside The Balance Health and Wellness Center with off street parking, which is a large part of why people are willing to drive to it rather than look for something nearer.
The regular catchment runs from Massapequa in Nassau across to Bay Shore in the east, and north up to Deer Park and Farmingdale. The single most common reason for a longer drive is Integrated Energy Therapy, which very few practitioners on Long Island offer at all.
Whichever one you are driving from. Each has the route, the local detail and the questions that come up most often from that particular area. They are genuinely different pages rather than the same text with a name swapped out, so the one for your town is the one worth your time.
