If stress is the real reason you are booking, go to Pure Calm, which includes the Reiki infusion. You do not have to get this right, since products are selected on the day regardless.

Yes. The Eminence Teen Clear Skin Facial is designed specifically for changing teen skin, with blue light therapy and simple home care guidance built in. It suits first facials, mild breakouts and congestion.
Energy work delivered during the treatment rather than as a separate appointment. It is included in the Pure Calm ritual, which is why that one is described as nervous system restoration as much as skincare. If it lands for you, a full Reiki session runs sixty minutes.
