Feeling tense, overstimulated, or mentally overloaded? This 30-minute session helps regulate your nervous system through calming touch, heat therapy, and grounding tools.
Includes:
• Light-touch head and upper back care

• Optional aromatherapy body oil or mist

Reiki
Each reiki session begins with a check-in to understand how you’re feeling, followed by a brief discussion, followed by your active treatment, concluding with a few minutes for you to relax and absorb the benefits of the treatment. This time also allows us to connect and discuss your session.

Three – 60 minute Reiki Sessions $235.00. (This package can be purchased in person at your first session. To get started just book your first 60 reiki session.

Reiki Reflexology
Reiki Reflexology is a deeply relaxing, holistic therapy that blends two gentle healing techniques — Reiki and Reflexology — to help bring your body, mind, and spirit back into balance.
✋ Reflexology Reflexology works on the principle that different points on your feet, hands, and ears are connected to specific areas of your body. By applying gentle pressure to these points, it helps release tension, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural healing ability.
🌈 Reiki Reiki is a form of energy healing from Japan that focuses on restoring the natural flow of energy through the body. During Reiki, the practitioner channels calming, healing energy through their hands, either by lightly touching or hovering just above your body. Integrated Energy Therapy®
Each IET® session begins with a check-in to understand how you’re feeling, followed by a brief discussion, followed by your active treatment, concluding with a few minutes for you to relax and absorb the benefits of the treatment. This time also allows us to connect and discuss your session. Expect for your appointment to be anywhere from 60 minute to 90 minutes depending on the level IET® you will be receiving.

Soul Detective Past Life Regression
Soul Detective aims to help individuals release energetic blockages and unresolved emotions from past lives that may be affecting their current life. It also incorporates the belief that soul wounds can be carried over lifetimes, and addressing them can lead to healing on a deeper level.
The session is about 2 hours long and allows for the Sould Detective Session and discussion.
Cost for 2 hours is $175.00
Meditation Training
Our meditation training sessions can be done in private sessions or as a group. These are introductory sessions that are designed to teach you the techniques on how to begin a meditation practice. We cover techniques, obstacles and direct you to tools that you can tap into when you work on your journey on your own at home. Each session runs between 45 and 60 minutes and is paced to the individual.

Meditation Group Classes
These classes are scheduled upon request and can be done off site. This introductory class teaches the basics of meditation, techniques to begin your meditation practice and tools that can be utilized when you continue your practice on your own. Classes run 45 to 60 minutes.
