What a first visit looks like

Check in first
Every session opens with a conversation about how you are feeling emotionally, physically, and energetically. Nothing starts until that is understood.
The session itself
Hands on or light touch depending on the modality, in a quiet space, with no requirement to talk or explain yourself.
Time to land
Sessions close with quiet time to absorb the work, then space to talk through anything that surfaced.

Twenty years of holistic practice behind every session
Rene D'Antona spent over two decades inside The Balance Health and Wellness Center, first as a teacher and later as Insurance Manager, before training as a Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner. She was a patient there long before she was a practitioner.
That history is also why acupuncture and massage can sit alongside Reiki in a single visit, and why clients walk into an established clinical environment rather than a rented room.
