The Practice
5 Elements Energy was founded by Rene D'Antona as a space where people reconnect to themselves, feel inspired, and build real connections in a grounded, supportive environment.
Some come to heal. Some come to grow. Some come to connect. Others simply want something more aligned and peaceful than what they have. The range of what is offered exists so people can be met where they actually are.
At the foundation of all of it is Rene's background in Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy. Energy work remains the heart of it, and everything else grew outward from there.

Beyond the Session
Not everything here is a one to one appointment. Classes and workshops run regularly, capped at twelve so they stay personal.
Themed events bring people together for Spa Nights and readings, and can be brought to your own space for a birthday or a workplace. Retreats take it somewhere else entirely, with five days in Sedona in April 2027.
There is also practitioner training for energy workers adding IET to their own practice, and a blog if you would rather read first.
Where We Are
The Lindenhurst office sits inside The Balance Health and Wellness Center, a few minutes from Sunrise Highway. Clients travel in from across the South Shore.
