Retreats and Daytreats
Your Sedona Retreat Awaits
Five days away from the noise, the responsibilities and the endless demands, in one of the most spiritually inspiring places on earth.
Days To Go
Sedona Retreat 2027
April 22 to 26, 2027. Ground into your true self.
The Retreat
Not another wellness retreat
Imagine waking each morning surrounded by Sedona's red rock landscape, sipping coffee as the sun rises over one of the most spiritually inspiring places on earth. For five days you step away from everything and immerse yourself in something built to restore the body, calm the mind and wake the soul.
This is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a way that everyday life rarely allows. Every detail has been curated deliberately, for an atmosphere of luxury, comfort and transformation.
Whether you are looking for clarity, healing, inspiration, or simply permission to pause and breathe again, Sedona has a way of meeting you exactly where you are. Shorter formats run at the Lindenhurst office too, including themed events across the year.
Why Sedona
- Five full days, April 22 to 26, 2027
- Red rock landscape that does half the work before anything begins
- Away from the noise and the responsibilities that follow you everywhere else
- Curated throughout rather than assembled from whatever was available
- Hosted by Rene D'Antona, who runs the practice this grew out of
The Five Days
What the retreat holds
Movement, stillness, work and rest, in a rhythm that everyday life does not allow.
Guided meditation
Daily practice, led rather than left to you, in a setting that makes it considerably easier.
Yoga
Movement built into the days so the body is part of it rather than along for the ride.
Manifestation and embodiment
Powerful workshops taking the coaching work into a format that a single hour cannot reach.
Meaningful connection
Other people doing the same work at the same time, which is its own kind of medicine.
Nourishing meals
Food that is part of the experience rather than an interruption to it.
Breathtaking adventures
Sedona itself, which is not a backdrop so much as part of the programme.
Moments of stillness
Built into the schedule deliberately, because that is where most of it actually lands.
Luxury and comfort
The point is to be looked after, not to prove something by roughing it.
Closer To Home
Daytreats
Not everyone can take five days in Arizona
Alongside the destination retreats, shorter day formats run closer to home for people who want the same kind of reset without the flights and the week off work.
Dates and details vary, so call and ask what is coming up. If a day format is what you are after, say so and Rene will let you know when the next one is scheduled. Session rates for everything at the office are on the packages page.
Who It Is For
Permission to pause, which most people will not give themselves
Retreats suit people who have been meaning to do something like this for years and keep not doing it. Clarity, healing, inspiration, or simply the space to breathe again without a phone going off.
It also suits clients already working with Rene across the full range of services who want the work in a concentrated form. Five days does something that a sixty minute appointment every few weeks cannot, particularly for the manifestation and embodiment work.
If you want to start smaller, meditation and Reiki at the Lindenhurst office are where most people begin.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
The Sedona Retreat runs April 22 to 26, 2027. Full details, pricing and reservations are on the retreat page, which is kept current as places fill.
Pricing and exactly what is included are set out on the retreat page rather than here, so the figures stay current. Call 631-888-9029 if you would rather ask than read.
No. Everything is guided, and people arrive at very different levels. If you have never meditated in your life you will not be the only one, and that is rather the point of having it led.
Check the retreat page, which lists exactly what is and is not covered. Travel arrangements are usually made by you unless stated otherwise there.
Most people do. Meaningful connection with the other people there is part of what the retreat is built around, so arriving alone is normal rather than awkward.
Ask about daytreats, the shorter formats that run closer to home. Classes and workshops also run regularly at the Lindenhurst office if you want something you can fit around a working week.
