Nervous System Reboot

Feeling tense, overstimulated, or mentally overloaded? This 30-minute session helps regulate your nervous system through calming touch, heat therapy, and grounding tools.
Includes:
- Light-touch head and upper back care
- Weighted blanket + warm towel
- Heat packs to ease surface tension
- Optional aromatherapy body oil or mist
- Quiet space, soft light, and no talking required
This is not massage — it’s focused nervous system relief designed to help you reset and walk out feeling lighter and more grounded.
Reiki
Each Reiki session begins with a personalized check-in to understand how you’re feeling emotionally, physically, and energetically. Your session includes a brief discussion followed by your hands-on Reiki treatment designed to promote relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being. The experience concludes with quiet time to relax, absorb the benefits of the session, and reconnect before discussing any insights or experiences that may have come through during your treatment.
$85.00 / 60 minute Session
Three – 60 minute Reiki Sessions $235.00. (This package can be purchased in person at your first session. To get started just book your first 60 reiki session.

Integrated Energy Therapy®
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET®) is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality designed to help release suppressed emotions, energetic imbalances, and unresolved trauma stored within the body’s energy field. Using light touch and focused energy techniques, IET® supports emotional healing, stress reduction, relaxation, and overall well-being while helping clients process and release patterns that may no longer serve them. This nurturing experience encourages balance, inner peace, and a deeper connection to your highest self.
Expect for your appointment to be anywhere from 60 minute to 90 minutes depending on the level IET® you will be receiving.
Initial IET® Session. $100.00. (3 Session Package: $270.00)
Focused IET® Session. $125.00. (3 Session Package: $345.00)

Soul Detective Past Life Regression

Discription:
Soul Detective aims to help individuals release energetic blockages and unresolved emotions from past lives that may be affecting their current life. It also incorporates the belief that soul wounds can be carried over lifetimes, and addressing them can lead to healing on a deeper level.
The session is about 2 hours long and allows for the Sould Detective Session and discussion.
Meditation Training

Discription:
Our meditation training sessions can be done in private sessions or as a group. These are introductory sessions that are designed to teach you the techniques on how to begin a meditation practice. We cover techniques, obstacles and direct you to tools that you can tap into when you work on your journey on your own at home. Each session runs between 45 and 60 minutes and is paced to the individual.
